A Florida federal judge on Tuesday reduced a seven-year-plus prison sentence by more than two and a half years for the former Ryan International Airlines Inc. executive who allegedly accepted kickbacks to steer contracts for airline services and fuel to certain suppliers and to sign off on bogus invoices.
