Skee-Ball Maker Settles Trademark Row With League
Skee-Ball machine manufacturer Skee-Ball Inc. and Full Circle United LLC, which runs a competitive league for the game, have agreed to settle a consolidated suit over whether "skee-ball" is a generic term that cannot be trademarked, according to an order filed in New York federal court.
