Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP told a Georgia federal court Monday that it was dropping its case against Banner & Witcoff Ltd. and others alleging a conspiracy to force a Robbins Geller client into bankruptcy in order to stop a patent lawsuit against Banner client Avaya Inc.
