Porsche Cars North America Inc. urged a California federal judge on Monday to reject plaintiffs' call to enforce a settlement in a dismissed class action alleging engine defects in certain 2001 through 2005 Porsche Boxster and 911 vehicles, saying multiple rejection letters weren't required under the deal's terms.
