Bogus Weight Loss Claims Cost Cos. $34M In FTC Settlements
The Federal Trade Commission will collect $34 million that will be distributed to consumers in settlements for allegedly false weight loss product claims made by Sensa LLC, L'Occitane Inc., HCG Diet Direct LLC and LeanSpa LLC, the agency said Tuesday.
