Prepaid credit card seller nFinanSe Inc. failed Tuesday to stick competitor Interactive Communications International Inc. with claims that its allegedly restrictive industry sellers network ran against antitrust law, after a Georgia federal judge found InComm's conduct wasn't solely meant to restrain trade.

A Georgia federal judge refused Wednesday to prohibit Interactive Communications International Inc. from operating its reload system for prepaid debit cards in a suit brought by nFinanSe Inc., which claims the system is an illegal price-fixing conspiracy.
