Ticketmaster To Pay $23M To Settle Service Fee Suit
Ticketmaster LLC is agreeing to cough up $23 million to settle a pair of putative class actions accusing the company of enrolling customers without their permission into an online coupon service that charged a recurring monthly fee, according to documents filed in California federal court Friday.
