Prosecutors on Monday asked a New York federal judge to consider the "extraordinary" cooperation former McKinsey & Co. Inc. partner Anil Kumar provided the government in cases against Raj Rajaratnam and Rajat Gupta when Kumar is sentenced for insider trading later this week.
