A Louisiana federal judge on Friday dismissed a lawsuit brought by musicians Harry Connick Jr. and Branford Marsalis against Peoples Health Inc., saying the parties reached a compromise over allegations that the Medicare provider illegally used the musicians' performance clips in commercials.
