Chrysler Ducks Fuel-Tank Spitback Suit
A Delaware federal judge on Wednesday tossed a putative class action alleging Chrysler Group LLC didn't properly recall and repair vehicles suffering from a defect that causes fuel to spill out of the filler tube during refueling, saying the suit didn't prove the automaker was negligent or breached its warranty.

Chrysler Shifts Fuel Spitback Suit To Federal Court
Chrysler Group LLC removed to Delaware federal court on Tuesday a putative nationwide class action alleging it failed to properly recall and repair certain Jeep Wranglers and Dodge Durangos suffering from a safety defect that causes fuel spills.
