Judge Melts Sugar In The Raw Advertising Suit
A federal judge on Monday tossed a proposed class action against Cumberland Packing Corp. and Sugar Foods Corp., saying the plaintiff couldn't prove the companies used deceptive and misleading labeling for their Sugar in the Raw products.

Consumer Sours On Sugar In The Raw Advertising
The companies that market Sugar in the Raw were slapped with a proposed class action in California federal court Wednesday by a consumer who says the product's name and label constitute false advertising because the product is not actually raw sugar.
