Sundance Filmmakers Move To Confirm Arbitration Award
Filmmaker Lauren Greenfield and her producer husband Frank Evers asked a Florida federal court Monday to confirm an arbitration award in a defamation case brought by the CEO of Westgate Resorts Ltd., saying the claims have been arbitrated and a judgment should be entered.

Resort Mogul Sues Sundance, Filmmaker For Defamation
The CEO of Westgate Resorts Ltd. sued the Sundance Institute Inc. in Florida federal court on Tuesday over publicity materials for a documentary about his stalled efforts to construct a massive private residence, saying in his complaint that he was falsely portrayed as "essentially broke and out of business."
