CORRECTED: Judge OKs Marriot's $2M Deal in Class OT Fight
A California federal judge on Friday preliminarily approved a $2 million settlement between Marriott International Inc. and 1,500 workers in three Ritz-Carlton hotels who say they were stiffed overtime pay. (A previously published version of this story incorrectly stated that the judge delayed approving the settlement. The error has been corrected.)

Marriott International Inc. subsidiary The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. LLC will pay $2 million to settle claims that it underpaid overtime wages to thousands of California employees, according to court documents filed Friday.
