The fallout from the U.S. Supreme Court's decision easing the path toward invalidating vague patents continued Monday as AT&T Inc. and other telecommunications firms pushed a Texas federal judge to revisit his decision rejecting their bid to toss the bulk of infringement claims lodged by Adaptix Inc.

A Texas federal judge on Thursday shut down most of a bid by AT&T Inc. and others to end parts of three lawsuits alleging the companies are infringing on cell phone technology patents held by Adaptix Inc., but granted a motion for summary judgment on three claims in one of the patents in suit.
