Clorox Settles Suit Over Fresh Step Cat Litter Ads
A California federal judge on Wednesday signed off on an agreement halting a former proposed class action over The Clorox Co.'s allegedly deceptive Fresh Step cat litter advertising campaign after the parties notified the court that they had agreed to settle their claims.
