Samsung Seeks To Topple 3rd Android Patent Suit
Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. on Friday once more urged a Delaware federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit alleging its Android smartphones and tablets infringe St. Clair Intellectual Property Consultants Inc. computer power management patents, arguing the suit is barred because St. Clair filed and withdrew two previous complaints alleging infringement of the same patents.
