A California federal judge on Monday rejected CleanTech Biofuel Inc.'s bid to toss an antitrust suit by Clean Conversion Technologies Inc. over CleanTech's alleged scheme to monopolize the market for a patented waste recycling technique, saying it was adequately pled.

Clean Conversion Technologies Inc. on Monday lodged an antitrust suit alleging rival CleanTech Biofuels Inc. conspired to monopolize the market for a patented waste recycling service by colluding with other waste removal companies to predatorily buy up patent licenses.
