More Ex-NFL Players Oppose Head Trauma Settlement
Another group of former NFL players who oppose the recently approved uncapped settlement in litigation over head trauma sustained during their careers told the Third Circuit on Monday that the accord should be thrown out because it unfairly excludes future sufferers of a degenerative brain condition.
