Nestle Waters North America Inc. on Tuesday reached a settlement to drop its trademark suit against a water company that it claimed had used a confusingly similar name to Nestle's Pure Life brand of bottled water.

Nestle Waters North America Inc. on Wednesday accused a Massachusetts water company in a complaint filed in Connecticut federal court of trademark infringement for using a name and logo similar to its Pure Life bottled water.
