Judge Dismisses $10M HP Breach Of Contract Suit
A Virginia federal judge on Friday threw out distributor FedServ LLC's $10 million breach of contract suit against Hewlett-Packard Co. over a terminated partnership to sell products to the U.S. military, saying that according to the agreement language, the case was brought in the wrong court.

Gov't Go-Between Sues HP For $10M Over Loss Of Income
Hewlett-Packard Co. on Tuesday removed to Virginia federal court a $10 million suit brought by FedServ LLC alleging HP terminated a long-standing contract for FedServ to sell HP products to the government in retaliation for FedServ's inquiries about kickback allegations against HP.
