Judge Won't Make FTC Enforce Google Buzz Settlement
A Washington federal judge on Friday tossed a privacy group's suit asking the court to force the Federal Trade Commission to block Google Inc.'s privacy policy changes that allegedly violate a prior consent order, saying courts cannot tell agencies how to enforce such agreements.

Several websites belonging to the Federal Trade Commission were shut down Friday following an attack by a hacker group, which said it was protesting the agency's handling of a new Google privacy policy and the federal government's support of a proposed global anti-counterfeiting agreement.
