First Specialty Insurance Corp. asked a Minnesota federal judge on Friday to prevent it from having to cover Uponor Inc. in a $63 million wrongful death lawsuit alleging the plumbing product manufacturer provided faulty valves to a new house, causing a mold infestation that resulted in a lung cancer death.
