Cosmos Can't Shake Marketing Firm's Commission Suit
A Pennsylvania federal judge ruled Thursday that a sports marketing firm's suit against the revived New York Cosmos soccer team over allegedly unpaid commission fees will move forward, denying the team's motions for dismissal and transfer of venue.
