The revived New York Cosmos soccer team agreed Thursday to settle claims that the team breached its contract with a sports marketing firm over a series of games slated to be played in Las Vegas that the Cosmos unilaterally canceled.

A Pennsylvania federal judge ruled Thursday that a sports marketing firm's suit against the revived New York Cosmos soccer team over allegedly unpaid commission fees will move forward, denying the team's motions for dismissal and transfer of venue.
