Target False Ad Suit Over Pollen-Free Honey Doesn't Stick
A California federal judge on Thursday tossed a putative class action accusing Target Corp. of deceiving its customers by labeling a pollen-free product as honey, finding that there is no widespread expectation among consumers that the honey they purchase contains pollen.
