Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. creditors dropped their suit against Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner on Monday after he agreed to answer their questions about conversations he had with Lehman and JPMorgan Chase Bank NA executives in the days before Lehman collapsed in 2008.

Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner will answer questions from Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. creditors over conversations he had with executives from the investment bank and JPMorgan Chase Bank NA in the days before Lehman collapsed in 2008, according to a Friday court filing.
