A Florida federal judge on Tuesday dismissed a former Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. engineer's allegations that the company had hid problems with a laser-guided smart weapons system from the government, saying its actions hadn't violated its U.S. Navy contract.

A Florida federal judge on Tuesday ordered a former Northrop Grumman Systems Corp. engineer to arbitrate claims the company fired him for raising concerns about a laser-guided smart weapons system, and tossed the remaining count in the False Claims Act suit.
