Judge Says States Lack Standing To Contest Contraceptives Rule
A Nebraska federal judge on Tuesday threw out a suit claiming religious employers would be forced to provide health insurance that covers contraceptives, saying the plaintiffs, which include seven states, hadn't shown they would be affected by the provision of the health care reform law.
