An Ohio federal judge on Tuesday dismissed claims against a former TV show host in a South Carolina insurer's lawsuit seeking a declaration that it has no responsibility to cover a production company for allegedly infringing the copyright of the host's fishing show.

Selective Insurance Co. of South Carolina on Tuesday asked an Ohio federal judge to find that it has no responsibility to cover a TV company in a suit alleging it infringed the copyright of another company's fishing show.
