$1.3M Atty Fees Refused As CreAgri Patent Row Not Baseless
A California federal judge on Tuesday rejected Pinnaclife Inc.'s bid to recover $1.3 million in attorneys' fees from CreAgri Inc. following its successful defense of claims it infringed CreAgri's patents for olive-based, anti-inflammatory supplements, ruling that Pinnaclife didn't show the case was "objectively baseless."

A California federal judge tossed claims that nutritional supplement company Pinnaclife Inc. infringed competitor CreAgri Inc.'s patents for olive-based, anti-inflammatory supplements, ruling Wednesday that CreAgri didn't know the supplement would reduce inflammation when it filed the patent.
