A Delaware federal judge said Wednesday he would not recuse himself from five cases that information technology company Pi-Net International Inc. brought against Citizens Financial Group Inc., Wells Fargo Bank NA and others over three online banking patents, saying his mutual fund investments are not grounds for recusal.
