A Texas federal judge on Tuesday slashed the majority of discrimination claims brought by a group of Hispanic employees against DHL Global Forwarding, saying they could not proceed while a separate U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission suit is ongoing.

DHL Global Forwarding was hit with a lawsuit Monday by Hispanic employees of its Dallas facility, who say they were discriminated against in the workplace through racial slurs and separate tasks assigned because of their national origin.
