PPG's Standing Defense Nixed In Pa. River Pollution Fight
A group of citizens who say that pollution from a PPG Industries Inc. facility contaminated the Allegheny River have standing to pursue claims against the company over its failure to obtain discharge permits, a Pennsylvania federal judge ruled Wednesday.
