Hiscock & Barclay LLP failed to properly represent fanmaker Oak Forest Products Inc. in its patent suit against Home Depot USA Inc. and King of Fans Inc. over a design for a leaf-shaped fan blade, according to a malpractice suit removed to Florida federal court Wednesday.
