EPA, HUD Settle Lead Paint Suit With Chicago Property Owners
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Housing and Urban Development announced Monday that they have settled a lawsuit against two Illinois-based real estate management companies that had allegedly failed to tell tenants of the presence of lead paint in 14 Chicago-area buildings.

Chicago Property Owners Didn't Disclose Lead Hazards, US Says
