CBS Television Distribution announced Friday it has settled its breach of contract and copyright infringement dispute with ComStar Media LLC and other companies over $1.5 million in licensing fees for shows including "My Three Sons," "Happy Days," "Family Ties" and "Early Edition."

CBS Says Family Channel Owes $1.5M In 'Happy Days' Fees
ComStar Media LLC's network FamilyNet refuses to pay licensing fees to CBS Television Distribution for old sitcoms such as "Happy Days" and "Family Ties" and has already stiffed CBS for more than $1.5 million, according to a lawsuit filed last week in California federal court.
