A California federal judge last week rejected Catheter Connections Inc.'s attempts to dodge rival manufacturer Ivera Medical Corp.'s patent-infringement suit over a device designed to clean intravenous valves used in medical procedures, ruling there remained questions of fact for a jury to determine.
