American Home Realty Network Inc. on Friday accused Faegre Baker Daniels LLP of seeking unreasonable and excessive attorneys' fees while representing rival Regional Multiple Listing Service of Minnesota Inc. in a dispute that found AHRN had violated a preliminary injunction by posting copyrighted photos on its website.

A Minnesota federal judge refused Friday to throw out a real estate referral company's antitrust allegations against Regional Multiple Listing Service of Minnesota Inc., but found the referral company partly in contempt of an order blocking it from using copyrighted RMLS material.
