A building company managed by Summit Associates Inc. said Monday it would restore nearly 100 acres of wetlands at the massive Raritan Center business park in New Jersey, partially undermining a complaint filed last week criticizing the developer for alleged environmental violations.

Enviros Sue NJ Developers Over Wetlands Remediation
A local environmental group slapped developers of New Jersey's Raritan Center business park with a lawsuit Wednesday that accused Summit Associates Inc. and an affiliate of improperly filling in wetlands at the center, then failing to comply with a federal order to clean up the site.
