Apple, FlatWorld Settle Touch-Screen Patent Suit
FlatWorld Interactives LLC asked a court on Tuesday to dismiss its touch-screen patent suit against Apple Inc. due to a settlement, shortly after the judge accused FlatWorld of trying to "erase history" by asking him to vacate a claim construction order favoring Apple that prompted the deal.
