A West Virginia federal judge on Wednesday decertified a proposed class of rejected Quicken Loans Inc. borrowers and tossed claims that the company didn't notify them that it was checking their credit scores, reversing his own May certification order because he said the named plaintiff doesn't adequately represent the class.
