    Ex-Workers Reach $5M Deal In Princeton Review FCA Suit

    A trio of former employees for The Princeton Review Inc. agreed on Tuesday to repay the government a total of about $5 million after allegedly bilking a federal program for tutoring underprivileged schoolchildren, settling civil and criminal claims in an employee whistleblower suit over the fraud filed in New York federal court.

    The former owner of The Princeton Review Inc. admitted Wednesday to bilking millions of dollars from a federal program for underprivileged schoolchildren by seeking reimbursement for after-school tutoring it didn't actually provide, agreeing to pay $10 million to settle an employee whistleblower suit over the fraud.
