Apple Escapes Patent Suit Over Mobile Display Tech
A Texas federal judge Wednesday dismissed Rotatable Technologies LLC's patent infringement lawsuit against Apple Inc. over mobile device display technology after the parties agreed Apple's iPhone and iPad devices don't infringe Rotatable's patent under an August claim construction order.

Sony, Samsung, Others Face IP Suits Over Mobile Display Patent
Sony Mobile Communications Inc. and Samsung Electronics USA Inc. were among a group of companies sued in Texas federal court on Tuesday by a licensing group that says the companies are selling products that infringe a mobile device display patent.
