A Florida federal judge on Tuesday dismissed collection agency United Credit Recovery LLC's breach of contract suit against Wells Fargo Bank NA after finding the agreement did not give it a right of first refusal to the bank's sale of overdrafted accounts.

Wells Fargo Broke Deal To Sell Checking Accounts, Suit Says
Wells Fargo Bank NA breached a deal to sell overdrafted bank accounts to collection agency United Credit Recovery LLC by shopping for other offers after an agreement was signed, according to a lawsuit removed to Florida federal court Thursday.
