An Illinois federal judge ruled Tuesday that agricultural systems designer CTB Inc. and electric motor manufacturer Regal Beloit Corp. must face Westfield Insurance Co.'s suit to recover money it paid to settle claims stemming from a devastating hog farm fire.

Westfield Insurance Co. on Tuesday sued General Electric Co. and manufacturer CTB Inc. to recover money paid out to settle claims stemming from an Illinois hog farm fire allegedly caused by a faulty motor in a grain feed system used at the farm.
