HarperCollins Unit Wants $4M Fees Despite $15M Trial Loss
HarperCollins Publishers LLC's Christian-book-selling unit on Monday urged a Tennessee federal judge to award it $4.3 million in attorneys' fees for defeating book printing company EPAC Technologies Inc.'s breach of confidentiality claim, even though a jury last month awarded EPAC $15 million on other claims against the publisher.

A Tennessee federal jury has found HarperCollins' Christian-book-selling unit Thomas Nelson Inc. tricked book printing company EPAC Technologies Inc. into agreeing to make its products before improperly breaking off their deal and awarded the printing company $15 million, an amount Thomas Nelson has challenged post-trial.
