Ariz. Sheriff Arpaio Settles Bulk Of DOJ's Race Bias Suit
Arizona's Maricopa County Sheriff's Office has agreed to certain reforms to settle U.S. Department of Justice claims it discriminated against Latinos and didn't provide adequate services to jail inmates who spoke limited English, according to Friday court documents.

Arpaio Can't Dodge Race Bias Finding In DOJ Case
An Arizona federal judge handed a partial victory to the U.S. Department of Justice on Monday its race bias suit against controversial Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio, ruling that findings of another court clearly showed that the sheriff's office had engaged in pattern of racial discrimination.
