The wife of ex-Galleon Group LLC trader Craig Drimal can pursue claims against three of the 16 FBI agents she accused of wrongfully eavesdropping on innocent-but-intimate marital phone calls, a Connecticut federal judge ruled Wednesday.

A New York federal judge on Tuesday allowed wiretap evidence used in the dragnet to finger former Galleon Group LLC trader Craig Drimal for insider trading to be used in another suit brought by Drimal's wife, who claims FBI agents wrongly eavesdropped on privileged marital calls.
