A New Jersey hospital told a federal court Friday that Aetna Health Inc. has refused to comply with part of a $7 million settlement the parties reached to end the hospital's suit alleging that the insurer underpaid it by $39 million for services.

Aetna Health Inc. on Thursday won the dismissal of a $39 million suit filed against it from a hospital that alleged the insurer had underpaid it for services, after a New Jersey federal judge found the hospital lacked the standing to sue.
