Burberry Ltd. has resolved lawsuits in California and New York over whether the fashion house exploited the publicity rights of actor Humphrey Bogart by using a photo of him in a Burberry trenchcoat on its social media pages, according to documents filed Tuesday.

Burberry Seeks Toss Of California Leg Of Bogart Dispute
Burberry Ltd. told a California federal judge on Tuesday that litigation over publicity rights of the late Humphrey Bogart should be handled in New York, asking the court to consolidate the suit with an earlier complaint in New York or toss it entirely.
