A California federal judge on Tuesday denied the maker of Dan Aykroyd's Crystal Head Vodka's request for an injunction barring a rival spirits company from selling tequila in similar skull-shaped bottles, months before a Ninth Circuit-ordered retrial in the trademark infringement row.
